Really amazing food and service. I saw a comment saying that it was pricey, I could somewhat agree... But I think it is definitely worth it! A great dinning experience. :D thank you! I went here for the first time this weekend.. And I went back the next day! I will definitely go back when I'm near there again in the summer.
Friendly service! Delicious food!
I'm not sure if this place is under new ownership or, they were just having a rough day, but this place has REALLY gone downhill. Came here with my family and ordered the cheese panini for my son and it was not good at all. The meat in my lamb wrap was very chewy and took away from the flavor of the wrap, but the worst part was the Tzatziki. It was a liquid goup of yogurt with no flavor. I remember this place being very good back in the day, but the preparation of the food here needs a serious overhaul if they would like returning customers.
If you like small expensive greasy food on a styrofoam plate while dining at a plastic table then look no further. I would suggest showering after you go. The tables were dirty and the place is a dive.
The falafel plate was good, the pita bread was a nice and hot.. just didn't like all the no n compostable plates, plastic utensils and plastic cups
Excellent food, highly recommended. Had calamari dinner, falafel wrap, Greek salad, 2 souvlaki skewer meal.
Small restaurant with kitchen style chairs and tables. Food was OK, Ice cream is the other part of the business. More of a diner atmosphere.
Super yummy food! It isn’t anything fancy but it’s fast. Unfortunately their hours are iffy due to lack of staffing.
Change in ownership recently? Our family goes often for a taste of good Mediterranean food but not sure we will return. When we asked staff about the amount of chicken in one of our wraps, we were told it was just cut up small and hard to see. Weren't really interested in helping long time customers have their expectations met.
We have been coming to Tony' Greek Grill for the last several years since we discovered it. No trip to Fairmont would be complete without a visit. The food is excellent and very affordable for families.
This is a busy spot tucked away off the main Street. We did have to wait about 25 minutes for our food and unfortunately while it was good it wasn't quite worth the wait. The rice was dry and bland and the pita was also dry. They also added too much lemon to their tzatziki making it quite runny. I'd probably try a different restaurant next time or if I head back i would skip the platter and stick with a donair.
Tony's Greek Grill was a great little surprise in Fairmont. Friendly. The donair was very tasty and the burger was loaded with toppings you normally wouldn't get with other restaurants. Home baked baklava was just the thing to top it all off.
Best greek food
Best Greek food ever
Surprisingly fresh delicious. Good size serving!
I don't know if its ethical to grill those people
Roadtrip. Great place for a quick bite. Road stop diner atmosphere with long tables and umbrellas outside, as well as some tables inside. Greek food is deliscious, although pita and donair tasted identical. It was a little annoying to come to the window to pick up food and coffee because we choose to sit behind the corner. Coffee was not hot either. Stuff is professional and polite. Washroom is large and clean. Parking is just a steps away from the door.
Very casual Greek restaurant and take out. I prefer to take food to go or eat at their picnic tables outside, since it is way too warm inside the restaurant to enjoy eating in there (no A/C). Food is truly amazing, and you pay a premium price. They have the most expensive ice cream cones compared to shops nearby. I wish they were open year round. They are usually closed from about October to April.
We look forward to the summer when they are opened, incredible food, and great people. Always look forward to going. Nice are to eat outside on those hot sunny days.
I like all the foods overall. If you you like junk cheap food this is not the place for you.
Food is good. Lamb was overcooked and dry. Spanakopita was very good.
Pretty good! We visited once in 2018 and went back this past weekend, and it was tasty. Two of us had the gyro wraps which we felt were decent but the meat portions were pretty light compared to last year. The tzatziki was delicious but each wrap probably had more of that than the sliced gyro meat. Good service, and very reasonable prices, so overall would definitely try again. We're hoping maybe the portions were only because they're serving their last 4 days of the season.
We were looking for a new place to eat in the area that wasn't too expensive but had quality food. We did not find it at Tony's. We are a family of 4 that paid $80 for our meals, each of them different, but all were over cooked and dry. We could get better food and for less money at Opa, and I am not a huge fan of Opa. The best part of the meals were the potatoes which were average, and the hummus which was good. We were hoping for a little more than what we received after reading some of the reviews, but I am sorry to say we will not be returning.
Fantastic food, and fair prices. We make a point of going there every time we are in Fairmont. Tony is a very nice gentleman.
Unfortunately appears to be closed now.
it was my first time coming here and right away i could tell that the owner knew what they were doing! the food was great and it wasn’t pricey! will definitely return next time i’m in fairmont!
The best thadziki(not close enough for auto-correct apparently) I have ever tasted.
Tony's used to be amazing, the prices were high but it was worth it because the food was so good. Now the new owners can't cook Greek food to save their lives, and the prices went up. I wont wat here anymore.
A real Greek Jem. Gluten free and Dairy free options
The best fresh food.
To sum it up We never skip Tony's when we are here at Fairmont. Delicious mediteran /Greek cuisine reasonably priced and most importantly fresh.Kids can't have enough of it
Fantastic food Try the gyros
The gyros I had here were delicious, perhaps even incredible, however the prices here are a bit high for relatively small portions. The gyros was truly top notch in terms of taste. The tzatziki was incredible, as was the pita and meat. However, it was much smaller than what one would imagine for a normal gyro. It was the size that one isn't quite enough, but two would be too much. If the portion sizes were a bit larger, I'd give this place 5 stars. I'd still reccomend it nonetheless for the delicious food.
I loved the patio side dining simply awesome with amazing food and scenery
Decent tasting food. Prices are ok. Would definitely go back to try another menu option. The meat had nice flavour and the sauces were also nice. Portions could be better. Employees mentioned there will be renos in October so it will be nice to see what changes.
Greek salad, fries, and sauces were good. Meat was super dry, portions were very small. One of our dishes had a hair in it and the child had already eaten the meat when he noticed. They asked us if we would like a refund or a new dish, so we asked for a new plate. The plate arrived with no meat(packed to go), and the person who gave it to the kid laughed saying to have a good day. Unbelievable.
Great resto, chill and nice employees and impeccable timing for everything. Delicious food
calamari was pretty good...would love to have another one.
Always a great spot to stop after a bike ride on the Spirit Trail. The donair and calamari are fantastic.
We have been going to Tony's ever since it opened. It was great at first but now it's a huge rip off! We just ordered lamb wraps and there was hardly any meat in them! I would say way less than one Opa sized skewer between the both of them. Way over priced for the amount of food you get. If you want quality and quantity, go to Fuze in Invermere! We will never waste our money on Tony's again!
Great food. Sit outside and watch the sunset from the picnic tables
Good food, reasonably priced. Greek and Western. Friendly and polite. Clean. Worth trying
Amazing, as always. Spanikopita to die for. Ate two meals because I love it there so much.
The souvlaki did not have much chicken at all. Expensive, and not worth it. We had the chicken souvlaki and believe me, the chicken was hardly there. It was a complete rip off. Subway was down the street for 1/2 the price. When buying lunch for a family, you don’t want to be hungry right after. Avoid until they change their ways. Tourist trap at its finest.
Been coming to this place for years! This has been, and always will be my favorite place for greek food. It's an adorable little restaurant with incredibly friendly staff. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone visiting the resort nearby.
Always make a stop here at some point when we come camping in Fairmont. BEST gyro wrap I've ever had.
Historically in the past I would give this review at 5 star... however in June 2019 we orderd 2 donairs, fries, and a grilled cheese for our child.. it was $40! we were advised around supper time that they did not have any chicken strips - sold out. Ended up with a grilled cheese where the bread was hard and the cheese was scarce. for $40 we could have made a way better meal for more then 2 adults and a child in our timeshare we stayed at. Addtionally, another adult withour group had a geek salad for $6.99 and got a plate of 3-4 tomatoes, one olive and a ration of feta cheese. for $6.99! very disappointing all the way around. I hope this place get back to how it used to be.
Awesome food. A must try if you are visiting Fairmont hotsprings
I had heard great things and was excited to try this place but my hopes were a bit too high. We ordered takeout and the person taking our order was short and lacked knowledge or interest in the menu. The order we did get tasted good but was quite small in portion size - a regular customer noted it looked much smaller than usual. I won't bother going back
Food was amazing. Service is a bit slower than your typical fast food place, most likely because they make it fresh. Staff are friendly and relaxed.
